I've always liked Pensini. I've never liked Russel. Both had great games but both need to continue this form to be NRL players.

People praise Ciraldo for his Bulldogs defense and attribute to him the defensive patterns of the Panthers but he's been gone for three years now and, except for some early season glitches due to injuries, Cleary's Panthers defense keeps on keeping on.

Players like Thomas Jenkins, who floundered when sold to the Knights, are testament to what a sensational coach Cleary is. You can see all the ex-Panthers are now likewise floundering under the most garbage coach in the NRL at the Tigers.

I'm looking forward to the Dogs vs Manly game today. The Dogs have an awesome defense but it's been cracked a few times this season and the floodgates open when it does. Ciraldo may be a defensive coach genius but he can't coach attack and in an era of 6 agains you need to ice the repeat sets in points.
