Different styles but has a better offload and pass game. Not as powerfull a runner.

Opacic will be easily replaced by Russel or Dunster.

Our biggest issue will be offloading N.Brown. That's dead weight. He'd be costing probably around 500k as well. Even if we could get 300k back it would be spent better elsewhere.

Agree he is a different player.

Brown could at least be handy off the bench next season. He still has plenty to offer in the middle of a game in particular.

Nrown might not be so bad with an off season to get over whatever is hampering him. We all like to say he's busted or whatever but I've never heard what's actually wrong with him. With a contract elsewhere to play for he might go alright.

Opacic has played 80 NRL games, that would be 5 times as much as those three above combined.

Nrown might not be so bad with an off season to get over whatever is hampering him. We all like to say he's busted or whatever but I've never heard what's actually wrong with him. With a contract elsewhere to play for he might go alright.

Didn't see the whole game, but from what I saw I'm pretty happy with Hopgood. And I agree that after a strange second half to this season, Nathan Brown could still be a very useful part of the pack mix next year.
