Rd7 2023: Non Parra games

We have one injury and everyone makes excuses as to that's why we lost. Imagine having 5 or 6 out of our best 17.

They have some depth.

Manly are a 12-18 point better team at Brookie.

There forwards are massive they certainly monstered us.

But they are still very inconsistent.

Defensively last night was there best performance they have leaked 30 points in 3 of the past 4 games.

Storm only scored 2 tries against us as well in the 80 mins. There attack isn't the same without papenhuyzen.

That was one of the best games I've seen. Manly have a huge side. Paseka is a beast as is Okaluptu and Alioi.
I'd love to have kept Alioi,Stefano and Oka. All have mongrel

Comp is pretty even.

Hopeful we win tomorrow to start bridging the gap into that pack of teams.

Everyone of the usual big guns have lost 3 games except Penrith. So we are technically one game behind most of them if we win tomorrow.

If I was to pick 2 teams that I would think are the favourites to take the title out right now would have to be Penrith and Souths.

Souths when switched on can beat anyone. They are unstoppable when on a roll.

There chances are between the ears and all on Latrell and Cody showing up and not losing the plot which is a big possibility.

Sure they also had Nelson out. But Pezet is highly regarded. But Manly did have a lot of players missing. But some replacements where almost as good like Saab
