Correct once again. These cases are easy to win with the right ‘experts’ arguing the case. Maloney has won.

It pisses me off that our club never defends these cases. Not so much the Tep case but the clubs failure to defend Jennings suspension early this year was piss weak. He would have got off easy.

Something something sample size. It's one case

Joke that he got off, but I certainly still feel that the strike rate is quite low. At best it's a genuine lottery

I CBF looking it up though. Not even sure where I would. I know I saw something on social media that the Roosters had something like a 20% success rate challenging, but beyond that I dunno where to look.

Agree to disagree.

It's likely the only reason the Panthers challenged this case was because they knew there was a fair chance of winning. Do they challenge every case?

From nrl.com preview of Eels v Storm.
And another thing ...
Barring a finals clash, Saturday's game is the only time Melbourne and Parramatta will square off in 2019. It was the same situation last year when they met just once, with the Storm prevailing 20-4 in Melbourne in round 23.

Geez, these guys get desperate for content.
Don't they realise in the 15 season since 2005, we have only played the Storm twice in the same year (excl. finals) a total of two times (2011 and 2015). This is not unusual.

That explains a lot. It seems an eternity since I watched us play Storm at home.

Well, when you say it like I suppose it isn’t unusual...
