He's got plenty of aggression, which is what I assume you mean by ticker. Obviously there's no cowards in the NRL. Pangai's problem is lack of brains, by which I mean footy nous.

I take ‘ticker’ to mean your attitude and how you apply yourself to what you’re doing.
Pangai has it in spades...on occasion....in attack.

Yeah, you’ve pretty much nailed my definition of it. His workload, when compared to our 11 and 12, is pretty poor. He’s run for 100m three times this year while Lane and Matto have run for 100m plus in every game. He just doesn’t involve himself enough in my opinion.
