has there been any?
what did media think of the game?
was it televised right across england?
was it televised in any other european nation?
It's televised on Sky which is pay to view. The following afternoon there were highlights shown on the BBC's second channel which would have got something of an audience. National radio opted for a phone in about soccer instead I think.
Sky can be picked up in Europe but I gather you have to jump through hoops to get it, and then you'd probably only want it if you were a Biritsh ex-pat over there somewhere.
The usual culprits in the media were interested, nothing more. The national papers print regional editions and in those regional editions for the north of England coverage was averagely poor. I gather coverage in other regions was better than it usually is, but since the level it's usually at is ridiculously bad it's not worth having a party over.
There's a newspaper called the Metro which is freely available it seems to most commuters nationally now on buses, trains and the tube. Coverage from these people is excellent, and has been all season.
