LOL
This thread should be called 'Why am I asking to get hammered?'
I'm not wrong  stop avoiding the issues and admit Qld are going to lose.

Qld will get their shit together for the home fans tonight. We're pissing our seats in anticipation.
Few reasons why we will win tonight, ill refer back to this at 10 tonight.
1. JT was not fit to play, mentally or physically. He's never played a worse game for QLD than what he delivered game 1 and we struggled in cohesion and never looked like scoring points. Yet NSW only won by 8 points.
2. Our starting pack is better, game 1 the starting pack got stunned, McQueen and Parker will give us alot more than Harrisson and Shillington did.
3. NSW first try came off a wrong call from the ref, they never should have had the set on the line to get the try.
4. Were at home, the blues won't get the preferential treatment they got at home to guide them to an 8 point win.
5. Papali and DCE, 2 form players in the comp injected into this side on debut at home, big games from them are a given.
6. Most importantly, this side boasts the best players in australia in their respective positions, aside from a few forward spots, NSW wouldn't even feature in the australian side. They won't like the way they felt after game 1, tonight they will hit back.

1. JT at 30%= Mitchell Pearce at 100%. And Qld are hardly a one-man team...
2. Better than Game 1? Debatable. NSW still have the better forward pack.
3. So? NSW still would have won, the same way Qld "would have won anyway" if that Inglis knock-on had been given a 'No-Try' in Game 1 last year.
4. Yep, it was all preferential treatment that made NSW look so dominant in Game 1. Nothing to do with their attitude, go-forward or defence...
5. If DCE even plays...
6. Qld have the players with a proven history, but it is just that- history. With the exception of Merritt, the Blues' backline is pretty good. And the vibe I get is that NSW have a stronger determination to win tonight...
fifita was good but its about controlled aggression. good win, bring on the decideri see 2 weaknesses in the nsw side that should be exploited by the 7 times champions, if they are on tonight.
in the first game, tamou and fifita laid the platform with good go forward. i think both fifita and woods playing their first suncorp origin games brings a much different feel to this game, they could be much weaker.
also in the first game, hayne and fergo were so safe and strong from the back. i dont see the combined inexperience of dugan and merritt bringing the same.
qld by 10 and in control for all the second half of the game, thats my tip.
Don't know about you but I saw a Massive difference in JT's game in SOO(Injured & sick) & the Cows v dragons game .
I am very confident he will tear NSW to pieces.
In all honesty, doesn't matter how well Thurston/ Cronk play, if NSW forwards dominate then they won't get very many opportunities to pose a threat. And you have to say that, as it stands, NSW have got the superior forward pack...

Two things: James Maloney and Mythchell Pearce.
Hindsight my arse.I had said earlier that if Qld got consistent sets within their 20 they would be a threat. Which is what happened in the opening 20 minutes. Irrespective of whether the amount of penalties awarded to Qld in that time was legit (that is for another discussion).
Hindsight makes a genius of us all...
