Fantastic interview...everyone should check it out. Always loved Nathan as a player and my level of respect for him is now at an even greater level.

Stills loves the Red V...loved the comment about "playing whats in front of you " in terms of coaching...

If any player kicked over the top , retrieved the ball and scored a 90 metre try they would be dropped by the present coach for not playing "dragons footy ". Th only time this side has played what is in front of them was the semi against the Broncos in 18. I'm convinced the players got together and decided to f**k off the so called game plans and just have a red hot go.

Another great episode. Talks about when Brian Smith came in how things became a lot more professional in terms of training. Sounds like we currently need Brian Smith (Mark 2 )....

Don't agree with in regards to Millward criticism....There is a lot more to this ...players want to play for certain coaches and this all comes into the equation...Also coach promises players certain positions, they sign on long term and it all goes pear-shaped.

Add to this the current coaches constant persistence with journey men over juniors....

Why bother signing Norman for big dollars when we have Clune and Sullivan coming through....???

Anyway, loved the episode....
