One of the interesting things in the Dever announcement was that we play with an avergae "60point" team ie we have the capacity to bring in more experienced players form over East but have decided to stick with WA players to try and develop them.

Whilst I think this is admirable , after two seasons it is apparent that the general standard of the WARL at this moment in time isn't good enough for Bundy cup, let alone NSW cup level. Hopefully next season we will use our 40points to bring in two extra ex NRL players or 3 or 4 NSW Cup/Q'land cup players. I'd be happy with a 50-50 split of WA / non WA players if it meant us being competitive.

dont know about that mate. the squad of 17 named the other night only had about 5 local juniors playing and the rest of them have only been in perth for a couple of years or so.
