Harrigan was defiantely a Souths fan as a youngster. You'd never of picked it. Sometimes I think that if a ref was a supporter of club X that they hammer them to dispell and bias. Harrigan certainly used to hammer us.

Every game we get this bastard, he continuously penalises parra for being to slow in the ruck yet lets the other team lay all over them.

But seriously wtf is wrong with the reffing standard, i see better refs in the QLD Cup.

Too right about Robbo hating Penrith! He hates us cos he was a junior ref in the Penrith district and is afraid of being accused of bias towards us, so he penalises the crap out of us every time he refs us.
