Being too self-absorbed to ask out a girl from school whom I've loved ever since and now has a new boyfriend and won't talk to me.
Not spending enough time with friends before they went off to uni.
Spending too much time caring more about myself than about others.
Having a year off football which led to me breaking my arm the next year and splitting my kneecap the year after.

Never having the chance to play for my hometown team (I can't change that).

Opposite to some other posters in that i regret not giving enough at high school and partying too much instead.

I'd much rather have done this degree a number of years ago and kicking back enjoying the fruits of that now instead of doing it the hard way by working full time and doing Uni at the same time with a family as well.

I regret spending so much time away from playing sports competitively.

I did heaps of it in high school, but then very little in my hsc year and the years that followed. This is my third season of cricket, and I only got back to playing cricket because someone else found the club for me.

I don't think just playing cricket in the Summer is really enough though.. The worst part is that I am a strong advocate of everyone playing team sports all year round, but in my own case, I just seem to let things get in the way.
