Super happy for him. But man it doesn't help us much when he's off contract. Just like Sione, I think he's gotten a crack before his time.

He'd be there for the experience moreso than anything else, I'd think.
And with the game being in Newcastle, the NZ selectors may have had a choice between a few future Kiwi players and chosen Levi due the game's location ... possibly with the mindset that it couldn't hurt to get a few locals cheering on -if not the whole Kiwi team- at least one of their players!

I wouldn't be surprised if something similar happens in October -if he's fit and has form to warrant it- to Curtis Rona, who played his junior footy for my team here in Perth. A way to get a bit of local flavour and support for the away team.

Daniel was fantastic for Fiji, ran for 180m and was one of the best on field. Aku was basically non-existent.

Daniel was amazing. Those runs in the second half were unreal. Him and his brother such huge talents.

Both games tonight were supposed to be very entertaining from comments i have read online. I missed the games as I am working. Sounds like a great advertisement for the game, especially at an international level.
