Agree. Even Bula was a B because his cover defending dropped off in the second half of the year.
Also he doesn't seem to have a voice.
A fullback runs a lot of the D. Look at Teddy, he's always yelling at his players often pointing to where they need to go.
This will come with experience and as he gains more confidence.
