Just on Riddell, It think $300k is too much to pay for him when you consider that Hindmarsh is on the same money. Something's wrong there. Our original offer was $270k and that should have been our maximum offer. Why should we be offering more than the Sharks? Riddell is a great player but I'd rather see us throw the big money at Glenn Morrison who is an 80 minute player in the mould of Nathan Hindmarsh. He does a mountain of work and leads by example. He could take alot of pressure off Hindy so he could do more in attack for us.

Yeah it's a worry isn't it. How could we fit them all in under the cap plus the young bloke's that come up through the ranks? Riddell's price seems to be inflating by the day and I honestly would love to have him at the club but I just can't justify $300k for the bloke.

I think the same will happen with Tahu. He just wants to whore himself around for the biggest offer and I think whoever gets him will pay an over inflated price for a guy that has had his career made by playing outside Andrew Johns & Matt Gidley. He has alot of injury problems too for such a young guy.
