The thing is, St Geo are saying that Sully is a done deal.
Heard that the Sharks have not even had a meeting with Sully yet over contracts.

I heard a similar story. Basically that the brains trust are "struggling to find a place for him" in reference to Sully.

Personally I can't see how they are trying that hard then.

Certainly didn't sound like he was high on the priority list.

Mate why wasnt sully picked in the City vs Counrty then and ridell was, and if sully is so much better why aint the sharks re-signing him and they want ridell aswell, why waste the money???

I think Ridell is a good signing for us, but agree with everyone else who has said that we must also retain Sully.
I've been a fan of Ridell's for quite a while actually.

I would much rather us go after some other players.. Hooker isnt really a role we need to fill, we have Sullivan and Hilder who are doing fine there.. Tahu and Kurt Gidley are players i would be going after before Riddell..
