Nice! I can see why Wales proposed the changes as they and France are well ahead of the others in terms of domestic players but it is an overall good result for all nations as it puts the onus on nations to raise their domestic standards and put pathways in place.

Two was pretty laughable. Four is not a lot better. If it wasn't for the need to keep the likes of Scotland and Ireland viable I reckon it could be more like six or even more.

For the qualifiers however they will need 4 domestic players.
