RLWC08 Stadium Rankings

Based on the following critera-
1. Overall spectacle- Seating view/ covered seating in rain and sun.
2. Ground Facilities- Toilets/Food/Drinks
3. Transport to and from / closeness to city

1. Suncorp Stadium Brisbane 10/10
2. Telstra Stadium 9/10 Wish it was a rectangle other than that great place
3. Skilled Stadium Gold Coast 9/10 Based on U.K premier league soccer grounds will be one of the best in the league.
4. Blue Tongue Gosford 8.5/10 Nice smaller stadium.
5. SFS Sydney - 7.5/10 Improved eating and drinking has lifted this venue
6. Canberra Stadium 7.0 /10
7. Parramatta Stadium 7.0 /10 Needs some new facilities. When full it's a pain
8. Newcastle Stadium 7.0/10 Has improved drastically with the new stand
8. WIn stadium Wollongong 6.5/10 Has improved. Not much cover on the hill.
9. DairyFarmers Townsville 6.0 /10 Needs a revamp from what I saw last time.
10.CUA stadium Penrith 5.0 /10 Haven't been for about 3 years. Was 3rd world before
11. Browne Stadium Rockhampton - Never been so can't comment

What do you think????

I really think most of the suburban grounds in Sydney need revamping. More the facilities than anything. Keep the hills but revamp the overall experience.

I think it's Telstra Dome not Stadium, after all they are two different places. The Dome is one of the great sporting venues and as you said it's just a pitty it's not a rectangle playing surface.

Browne Park is a very small stadium (8000 capacity would be pushing it) which is specifically designed for rugby league a seat in one of the stands has a great view.
