Well you have to be a realist... The past decade has possibly been the best seen at Highbury with the quality of players and the style of play.
I'm old enough to have seen some or the seasons before Wenger came along that were basically a struggle. So can appreciate just how good the recent times have been.
But I'm also not naive enough to think that it can go on forever.
What I'm looking forward to is the fact that there is a heap of young quality coming through and hoping that it will be the next batch like - Henry, Vieira, Bergkamp, Pires, Ljungberg etc.
Having a tough season, but I know we'll be back. Reyes, Van Pirsie, Fabregas, Gilbert, Diaby, Walcott, Clichy, Senderos, Djourou and a host of others are all very good prospects. Diaby (I hate to compare) really does look like he has everything Vieria had, he even runs the same. Walcott could be anything. Van Pirsie is going to be a star as is Fabregas.
So a new 60,000 seat stadium to move into, with a new bunch of players on the verge of hopefully the next era for the club. Plenty to look forward.
Sure, it's dissapointing to be travelling poor this season, but I trust in what Wenger is doing at the club. He realises one era has finished, and he's prepared for the next.
