rocky trimarchi to crusaders?

rumour that rocky trimarchi has signed with the crusaders another player that is rumoured to have signed is weller hauraki plus 5 or 6 others that are waiting to be announced

What this means is that Brian Noble will sign any Aussie/Kiwi who is available, he wouldn't even have seen these guys play.

I think he probably has.

The fact is that Noble needs to sign players - the Crusaders only have about 17 contracted, including the Welsh juniors who stepped up at the end of last season. They had some decent players lined up, but the ownership fiasco scuppered a lot of the deals and the players in question either signed elsewhere or were put off, so I think the club will take what they can get at the moment. They are not really in a position to turn players down.

Wests, second rower. Played a few first grade games. Very good worker with a bit of skill. Could be a bit bigger, and has had a few injuries, but should do well over in England. Would be a handy interchange player with ability to fit into the backline if required on occaision as he played most of his junior footy in the centres.
