Rod Marsh - Passed away 4/3/22

Just saw Gilly's tribute to Marsh, I got a bit teary.

That is a very good tribute, no doubt will be played a few times over the next week or so, and rightly so

Sad that his passing has been overshadowed a bit by Warne's, partly the age and partly Warne's influence on the game.

Marsh, though, did a lot to inspire wicket-keepers, I think - he was the best I can recall to quicks, some of the catches were spectacular, and he was better with the bat than often given credit for
