Monaghan has been linked with Manly, but there is strong mail that the Roosters are poised to make a lucrative offer and are fast emerging as favourites for Monaghan's signature.

Thats a peice out of the Canberra Times, now i dont normally buy into the roosters salary cap nonsence because its all pretty much here say bullshit but surely this must be a joke?!!

I know every man and his dog gets linked with the roosters these days but Monaghan is one of my favourite players and i would hate to see him leave canberra...
