Roosters Major problem

Bulldogs Willie Tonga (mumps) and Mark O'Meley (calf) and Rooster Michael Crocker (knee) have all been cleared to play at Telstra Stadium. Ned Catic is the player to drop off the Roosters' bench.

Roberts has been moving closer to the action at stages of matches in recent weeks. If he started at pivot, Craig Wing would move to hooker. There is also talk that Stuart Webb, nominated at rake, will play at lock.

Roosters utility forward Mick Crocker (knee) should be right for his first game of the season, while centre Iosia Soliola (ankle) is also fit to play.

The master coach as he calls himself, is constantly using 3 to 4 guys a game in the position. Why ?


Im not sure where Ive ever heard Ricky Stuart actually call himself a "master coach".

ricky has never ever called himself the master coach. No coach in their right mind would say that about themselves...not gibson, bennett, fulton...none. ITs what others call them. Those 3 coaches i mentioned are held in very high regard by their peers.

Stuart is a master coach, make no mistake, he is trying to find a combination he is happy with, once that happens the roosters will fire big time

im just happy we've got one of those games against the chooks outta the way before they do fire :mrgreen:
