Don't know if someone has already mentioned this incident from last night's game, but it's worth it's own thread anyway.

It was extremely dangerous and should have earned him 10 in the bin, Origin or no Origin.

Leaving it unpunished set a very dangerous precedent.

WHO CARES!
Ross knew he wasn't injured but solely in 'shock' from being b*tch slapped. No harm was intended, it was merely an impulse action which is what origin is all about! :D

Besides, it looked worse then it really was, he was up on his feet in no time!

He obviously did not have a spinal injury or anything, so picking him up would have done absolutely no damage.
It was stupid though.

heat of the moment stuff
kennedy took a dive - ross reacted as others have in the past (matt ridge)

i'm sure if kennedy was injured, ross wouldn't have touched him - players are pretty aware of when someone has been stitched up in head-high hits.

players wouldn't know - look at hoppas incident - on one side of the field it looked like nothing much and no way of injury, if a player from that side had tried to pick galloway up there would have been an uproar and damage may have occured. Im just happy that we had on 1 idiot. Seems there is another at penrith.

Ross wont get a single minute for that.
What it will do is open the eyes to officials on how rampant this "milking" is getting.

Ross is a simple meathead, luckily BK didnt sustain any injury.
Does anyone else think that kids are gonna get the wrong idea and start doing stuff like this on the weekend? some kid gets taken high and then picked up? The NRL needs to have a look at future punishment for that.

It happens once in every blue moon imo. The last one I can remember seeing was Matthew Ridge on Ricky Stuart and Ricky was howling in pain because he had done his knee. Nothing was ever done about that I don't think.

Michael Crocker did the same at Ericsson in 2001 I think it was. Frustrating when losing.
