This year's looks better to me.

Agree.....especially the bench.....shits on last years. Plenty of changes only 7 of last years starting side starting round 1. And imo most changes are trade ups not trade downs. May take a few weeks for new combinations to develop but for some strange reason I feel confident about this weekend. Bring on Sunday!

Very surprised Robson didn't get a spot on the bench over Morris.

I just think he could add a bit more to the team than Morris if needed in the halves during the match.

I just think he could add a bit more to the team than Morris if needed in the halves during the match.

He can't defend as well as Morris in the middle. I think it's a horse for courses selection.

The glaring weakness in the side for mine is De Gois' defence in the middle. He's a ragdoll and gets hurt easily. Farah will smell this at some point in the game and could potentially run roughshod.

That's usually how the game opens up for the Tiges and lets Marshall come into his own.

The Sharks better have a good scramble as well because the Tigers thrive on broken field stuff and razzle dazzle.

This team selection was a given.

The coach has his favorites and has given them first crack. I'm not expecting a whole lot of improvement from these guys from last season but I suppose time will tell.

Bakuya must be filthy.

Bakuya is a let down,, but the team is stronger than last years ( good comparision) Pom and Besty should not be there tho , The center pairing must be fixed and this year I think we will leak a lot of points and score very few. Maybe Flano and Sharp have a few ways to go that we dont know about . I hope so.
Have a look at the teams ahead, every one of them appears to have improved their attack cept Saints,Souths and Gold coast.
