Really liking the size we got in our pack, Korbin, Pauli the twins and also our backs are pretty decent in size too.

Hmmm... Pauli looks good with the ball, pity about the play the ball..

That will be the only one of those penalties for the year.

If the refs were serious about ptb, there would be 10 penalties per game just for that.

Yep, Korbin has to start next week.

Jeremy Smith and Rochow doing well.

I want to see Jaelen touch the ball more in attack, he's literally just watching the game from the back right now.

At least we are competing. But it is the Tits.

Our 20m options aren't any better.

Browny will be happy we are still in it.

Let's see what the 2nd half brings.

Yeah, the few times Jaelen has been an option in attack, Mullo has gone to the short runner. They need to get him into the game with the ball, it will feel the most natural to him.

Seems to be putting in some effort in defence. 1 try from a kick and 1 from a poor read.

 he looked lost as f**k. I'd say he's been our worst with daylight second tbh.

Wonder how much longer Browny will put up with Uate's rubbish

Once again Uate looks very, very shaky when attack and kicks come to his side.

Kade Snowden - well, dare I say it, but is there a slower prop running around at this level. Have a look at the other props and their leg speed. Christ he's slow. And it's painful watching him get back in the line. He's a gem at holding down too long as well.

Will Brown keep Snowden in firsts????

This commentator is having a shocker. Is it warren smith? Called Gold Coast the Giants at one stage, said Newcastle were considering the 2 points after being up by 6, confusing Pauli/Saifiti and Sims and smith.

Is it just me or does Snowden look even larger and slower this year? Has he been bulked up even further? You could read a book in the time he takes to turn around.

I generally didn't have a problem with his lack of agility in the past... but he just looks even further behind the pace now. Still got through a lot of work in the 20 odd minutes he was on the field.

Snowden and Mataora are 2 worst props in the league. Feeney lacks ticker under the high ball and enough already said about Uate.

Korbin has been sensational and Smith and Rochow are doing well. Happy with Safiti and Pauli so far.

Strange half because I'm relatively pleased with how we look but we're behind to our spoon rivals who look ordinary. Mistakes and penalties are costing us but in terms of general play I see more in us than them.

Korbin was incredible from the bench and Smith, wow.

I think we will have our chances to win if we're good enough, but gut says we'll fall just short despite looking good in patches. I think our best beats their best, but can we produce it and get the win?

Feeney has admitted it will take him some time to "view" the game from the back. He'll need to learn when to inject himself.
