if they sign up now they will be waiting until next saturday before they can ring up and inquire about the non-arrival of them anyway. ;-)

Not selling the seats that have been allocated for future membership sales despite not selling all non-allocated seats just shows the ineptitude of our membership department.

In fact they should already be selling the members seats that they haven't sent out yet, especially those where the member hasn't called or emailed to complain.

I mean seriously, how shite are there guys.

I tried to ring them and complain but they were too busy to take my call.
