Aside from Ben Reynolds, can anyone tell me more about the players on your bench??

Dene Halatau - excellent 20/21 year old utility. Played for NSW residents last year and made his debut for the tigers as a centre. Will most likely play more in the forwards this year as Sheens has stated that he sees him developing into a player much like Jason Croker. Defence is top class and his attack is good without being flamboyant, he is much more likely to put other players into gaps than to go for the try himself.

Bryce Gibbs - 19 year old prop from Western Suburbs. Has huge wraps on him and unlike most of our forwards has some mongral about him.

Chris Heignington - Big back rower from Balmain (originally the central coast), played some first grade last year and looks promising. He hits hard and while a little on the small side for it could probably slot into prop if needed.

Mears is shit. He runs too often, creates uncertainty in the runner and isn't as good a defender as he is hyped to be. I don't see what he has over senter. Senter is, at the very least, a decent passer and defender. While he mightn't be one of the best hooker's in the game, he at least has proven himself capable in that position and I think he's a much better player then mears. He had a very good game against the eels in the trial and I think he will have a reasonably succesful year if he escapes serious injury, which seems to effect the way he plays when gets back into the side.

Benji has a calf injury....Laffranchis out for about 8 with a dicky knee....Ive heard all sorts of times for Vagana...write your own date it seems.
