For all the talk of us not entering the player market our possible round 1 team looks a lot better than last years with the emergence of dwyer and brown, McKinnon's arrival and the departure of Fitzhenry.... I think utai will go god too....

Wade McKinnon will be wearing the #1. Moltzen will be on the bench.

Edit: OOOh I get it.

You're right, what gets named today will be better than that.

f**k!!!

Does anybody know if Brown is Fit???

I really dislike Utai personally but that only part of why i dont want to see him in Tigers Stripes, Brown is bigger, stronger, faster and taller than Utai, not to mention that Brown could make that wing his for the next 5 years, Utai is almost done, if not already.

I really hope im wrong and he can find some of his peak form, though my personal opinion of him wont change, still a twat.

Ryan is injured- Sheens said he was first choice, But Utai made more runs and meters than any else in the Foundation cup- I think Sheens picked him ahead of Brown as we are playing the doggs....old team factor...

Pretty predicatable line up, which is a good thing. It seems most of those positions are secure and only injury will change that line up from being our team for most of the year.

The only questionable position was Utai on the wing but i'll give him a chance. At least there are a number of other options waiting it he stinks up the place

what are Tim Moltzens chances of working his way into the starting lineup? I picked him up in a fantasy league but ill dump him if he's gonna be stuck on the bench all year.

Gee that is a great team first up. I'm no fan of Utai but if you're ever going to play him, surely against his former club is the time. Would have preferred Brown but I'll give him a chance.

And, by recent years' standards, that is a top bench.

Up to the players now.

Just when you think Sheens brain dead selections are a thing of the past he pulls another rabbit out of the hat. Utai will be exposed big time and with some very slow legs at the back in Mckinnon and Utai we will be on the back foot all day. Jason Moody all over again!!!!

Gee, got to feel for Mitch Brown. He was one of our best last year. Didn't see the trials but liked even Daniella or Latu over Utai. Time will tell. Gives us the slowest back three in the comp.

Is Flanagan injured? Didn't see him in the NSW cup team either. Do you reckon he'll get much game time this year too?

Was named at lock for Balmain Ryde NSW cup side. Unless we have a mountain of injuries I can't see him playing much NRL this year. He is a handy player we just have a lot of talent in the backrow positions.

In my opinion the following backrowers would all be in front of him: Fulton, Ellis, Heighington, Dwyer, Payten (plays both front and second row)Jason Schirnack and Ben Murdoch-Malisla

Agreed on Flanagan. Surprised he was kept this season. Hope he's on peanuts. Never going to lose you a game but isn't going to help much to win a game either.
