I like CT. Not everyone’s cup of tea. Lacks speed for a winger yes, but he is so powerful, can finish off tries with his size, strong under the high ball and dependable in defence. His carries from our end are usually strong especially with Suli and Holmes chiming in too. Happy for him to start round 1, won’t let the team down

Not officially, saw in the photos they posted that CT was outside Holmes and Feagai was outside Suli. Could be because Finau has been stood down from training due to the 11 day concussion protocol, but it's looking likely that's how they'll line up, with Flanagan already saying Feagai will be in the starting 13.

We need a speedster outside Holmes and a big body outside Suli.

That was before CT copped his hamstring injury.. hes been sidelined for a month... huge gamble imo if he gets exposed while not fully fit.. but I believe him not playing trials was fairly precautionary.. so hopefully hes been training atleast these last few weeks.

Note: We still dont know if Finau is even available however.. it was a pretty serious head-knock he copped.... im hoping thats the reason he hasnt been included in the 17.. lets see whos on the extended bench also..

I hope it comes off for Flanno, always my worst fear is it takes a loss to see the issue.. especially if the issue is just the choice of winger..... however if Finau isnt fit anyway.. it is what it is.. CT and Feagai/Sloan.

I'm more nervous about the last prop....but if Sele and Lawrie arent fit.. TomE possibly not fit either (didnt see him in photos).... not even sure what RFM's role is... but the prop options get thin real fast.. I rly thought we would have Klemmer by now, he fills that final prop position perfectly.

Only team selections that are debatable are wingers and bench spots.
