Naa lol Gus isnt lieing on that.. he said there were a few injuries not announced yet which he was dissapointed about ahead of saturday.. hope its someone decent now just a coupla fringies..

Already gone to the NRL for 2 exemptions for round 1.. i forget their names.. i find that hard to believe that they didnt have players in their 30 this early in the season.. but anyway..

Exactly, surely you’d have to have 14 players injured not to be able to field a team of 17?

I like the Couchman brothers. I have not seen many of the other young forwards but it seems that our fellow supporters feel we have some talent. I think the reasoning behind Klemmer is to support these young forwards on the park which is vital especially with Sele always injured.

Slow backline is a worry. I mean I trust they will have a game plan but you can't replace speed if it's not there. That be the slowest back 5 in the comp. Oh well. Power game it is.
Sloan has scored many tries and is very good in attack. But he has also lost us many times with poor positional play and defense. These skills should be drilled into our young stars at the pathway level.
