Was he alone in stealing a pay check?
Was it his fault he was picked at 7?

Fish had 42 run metres in the 1st half. Burton prob 2/10 the 1st half.
Staines is ave 80m a game. 2nd week in a row he was no where to be seen on a long range try on his side

No whataboutism. Other players being bad doesn't absolve an individual from not being first grade standard like May and getting picked because he's mates with Nathan.

There is why he is. He wasn't good but forum favs like Staines and Burton's 1st half get passed off

The guy who usually plays 7 is currently the best in the competition. May doesn't really stand a chance.

With that said May hasn't played much good football all year. Looks like he struggles playing the role he had in 2020. And with the spotlight on him he isn't showing much. If we are honest he has been a disappointment since the 2020 grand final.

You guys would have slaughtered us again if you had your full side. That about sums the game up.
I want to give your young fellas, Cleary, Luai and To'o a massive wrap, they were mobbed by all the young Sharks supporters and stopped, chatted and took pics with all of them. A real credit to your club, kudos.

You guys did well in getting that field goal. Letting SJ go will you guys live to regret it. Thanks for acknowledging that we were down on players. (W/T faithful are incapable of mentioning that fact). Enjoy the win. Penrith will learn some good lessons from tonights game, and obviously from last weeks game too. Again thanks for your good thoughts.

That is great to hear. I bet the faces on those kids looked like it was Christmas. 😀

I hope someone on the Sharks social pages puts up a vid or three.

No problem.
We won't regret losing SJ, the bigger picture is upon us as a club. There will be some pain but we are after the overall gain, and sadly that counts him out.

Those boys (I can call them that cause I'm old) 🤣 .They come across as being good kids. Heard today that To'o is using his NSW origin money as part deposit to buy his folks a house.
That is so awesome. Toby Rudolf has done the same for his mum. If you ever get the chance have a look at his story, also a good young fella.
Your boys just looked so happy, it was bloody infectious!! Haha

Sadly that infectious happiness is seen as “arrogance” by certain clubs and media-type individuals.

Great to hear about Rudolf. I’ll check out his story. He’s one Shark I wouldn’t mind seeing in a Panthers jersey.

What a difference a week makes. The attitude of Cronulla fans compared to the 'trolling', bile and angst from SOME of the W/T faithful.

To some of the W/T faithful, who have decided to 'troll' this week. This is appropriate behaviour after your team has won, against a depleated Penrith side due to origin.

Not carrying on like pork chops that have gone off !
That is great to hear. Some other supporters, and the media, thinks our players are arrogant. Don Furner, James Hooper, and Paul Kent, take note.
Look at the positives of this though, you and the Tigers have a very in depth rivalry now, rugby league thrives on these rivalries.
From now on it will never ever matter where either of you are on the table it will be war.
Personally I will watch every game that your clubs play against each other.
This is a serious question, who have the Panthers had as major rivals throughout their years?
I know of late they've tried to bring a Parra rivalry in, but it has never had the Manly/Norths, Easts/South's, Sharks/Dragons type build up to non aligned supporters. The Tigers/Panthers one does. I know Campbelltown to Penrith is not close in Km's but as I know the back roads between the two from my work it does not take that long to get between the two, both have mascots as big cats........ I haven't even mentioned Ivan yet haha.
In the end it's all theatre, be glad the entertainment is there.
