I must admit last few days I've been a bit scarce here myself. Steroid injection into lower back. Now full of peptides and so forth.

I've had many injections into my L5/S1 they are bloody horrible. Not something I think I'll ever get used to either.

We’ll be fielding a pretty decent side given the outs and the Warriors have been effective but far from convincing against average sides. I just want to see the side turn up and force the Warriors to beat them. If they don’t turn up switched on we’re a shot.

Would love to see Ivan have a crack and go Talagi/Cole in the halves. Schneider/Toelau/Sommerton/Laurie are all reserve graders. Cole is a guy that can add something to this side and I’d like to see him get the chance to earn that 14.

Must be nice for the Dolphins having their game in Perth (and having Hammer available) on Saturday while we have to travel to NZ.

The NRL schedulers can get farked but it is what it is.
If we are more competitive than the Knights game I can’t get too mad.
Hardly a fair comp when one side is not affected by Origin at all and the other has 5 that can’t back up due to the wear and tear of long travel after a big rep game.
Keep the loss to 1-12 it’s a good effort, win by any margin and it would be one of the club’s great wins. We can dream.

I thought you of all people would appreciate a bit of hyperbole.

Its a bit ott, but only a bit. They've been playing bum teams, but you can only beat whos in front of you. They'd comfortably account for anyone in this comp playing like that.

Minus Saifiti and Gilbert. Also chuck in Flegler. Give them back 3 rep forwards and they'd be a fearsome side.

They've been the most entertaining team to watch since their inception in 2023. They also now have what I consider the most underrated spine in the comp. Hope they make the bottom 8 and make the 2025 very interesting.
