Round 16 v Warriors

I've spent most of the thread bagging Schneider, but overall that was an excellent watch. A few things went our way, particularly Metcalf going down but we completely belted them up the middle. Smith looked much better in the Yeo role. Henry was good too coming back from a rest. But Sorro was outstanding. Aside from his double, he made some outstanding tackles. He's really locking down Talagis edge defensively which could be a real pain point. We won't lose many more games if our forwards play like that.

Our edges are suddenly looking very strong. 5 guys all demanding to be picked. Alamoti had a good game and will be unlucky to drop back to cup. But you're not dropping Milky. Not after the month hes had, including tonight. Casey still worries me without the ball, their last try was an ordinary effort, but he did enough to show why hes here.

Loving Talagi. He's exactly the x factor the team needs. Could stand to settle down when cleaning up grubbers in our in goal though. Also shout out to Laurie, who had a very good game when many said he shouldn't have been picked.

Massive, massive win. So stoked.

Seems you held out one more game than I did. He even f**ks the good things he does like the break he made

Thought you'd been hacked.

For the thread in general I don't have too much in the way of criticism just happy they looked like a football team.

Told you they can't defend kicks and everyone argued.

A shout out to Ivan Cleary.

Gameplan was good. We went from dummyhalf more early in the match particularly through the backs. Felt like we threw more offloads than usual as well. Worked wonders and got us in the contest against the Warriors in terms of field position.

Not many silly penalties either. Big relief to see. Looked like we were trying really hard not to give away offside penalties in the opposition half.

I like Tagos runs out of dummy half, but he'll need to pick his moments. Like, do it regularly, but maybe not once a set.

I'm just glad "home team Todd" was somewhat fair.

There was a whisper on Fox during the week he is in line for Origin 3 so maybe he didn't want controversy.

The little blonde on the sideline tried her hardest tipping the ref for some dubious offside calls, always against us.

Great effort gets results.

Trent should’ve come on to replace Schnieder in the first half. The bloke is deadset useless, he kicks the ball 30m and never creates anything. ( on purpose anyway).
