It was a fkn great win. Guess I just didn't wanna be shot down for enjoying it because "it's only the Warriors". Fully aware of their record this year. Hats off to Cleary and the boys

As far as I was concerned, there were vastly more reasons one would have expected the Panthers to capitulate.

But we didn't.We stayed solid and strong, and didn't give up.It's the same old story with us...cut out the mistakes, and the stupid penaties, and we have the team to knock off anyone.

Football maturity, like which was lacking in the Souths match,is a concern with our younger players, and will most likely be the difference if we do make the semis.

How anyone can say Rein had a bad or even average game is beyond me. He made some crucial 1 on 1 tackles and looked very sharp coming out from dummy half.

I'm saying that, I think king griffin nailed his interchange tonight despite the injuries & sin bin, & brought on Katoa (who was also terrific) at the right time.

Agree Katoa was good when he came on, I reckon he could lose 5 kilos and pick up a bit of toe if he's gonna play hooker tho.

Rein just throws passes that are a bit off when we need them to be on point like the one he threw on Clearys first try, a pass that's a little bit off in that situation and Nath doesn't get the chance to work his magic, he just gets tackled.

His interchange was very good and it's normally a weakness for sure

The interchange was only good because he shifted the worst player (Browne) into the starting role and sabotaged us from kick off instead.

Browne misses tackles. Gives away penalties. But he doesnt have the impact that Akauolo would. He has been awful the past 3 weeks.

he's actually pretty good when it comes to missed tackles. 94.5% tackle efficiency, yeo has 96.6% to put it in perspective. but yeah he's not the kind of guy who makes an impact like akauola but at least he is usually reliable and has experience

In my opinion RCG on the bench showed what we are missing with Browne. Imagine having an aggressive forward in RCG and also on the bench instead of Browne.

RCG was great, I don't think Browne was bad at all but he's not a starter. Carty or even jfh at lock and Merrin at prop would be good.

Yeh I thought he did his job adequately.
Ofcourse you did. Griffin can do no wrong.

Browne helped put us under the pump from the opening set. His defence is soft. His runs are soft. He offers nothing.

He has no impact in tackles or runs. He's as generic as it gets. Griffin loves tha t in his forwards though. Drops anyone who tries to run hard.

What a massive surprise. Yes it was the Warriors but Penrith are usually gone with Moylan. Very happy they hung in there. Even better when you consider the sin bin and Merrin injury.

And great from Cleary. Didn't think he had it in him. Deserves a wrap because he has had a very average year.

Cleary just incredible tonight. Took charge and didn't have Moylan in the way.

Brilliant game from Cleary.

I wonder if he's a bit more of a natural second receiver? His running game sort of lends itself to that.

The team as a whole has to learn to rely on Moylan less, so his absence tonight might help them learn that.

Conversally Moylan will need to learn the right time to inject himself and not force things.

That sin bin was f**king criminal.

Binned for Luke milking it. Then they award a try to Warriors after a blatant obstruction. The fix was on.

But fortunately Warriors always lose the unlosable. Cleary knew how to punish them.
