I’m keen to see Lawrie get a run as well. Newly married, hopefully not injured and with a big point to prove. From all accounts he’s a good bloke, I really hope he gets out there and smashes it.

Also, to all the detractors … a bit more support for your team please, we’re one week in and one down after a couple of good trials and some of you want Lawrie sacked when he hasn’t played yet, you want Ilias sacked, you want Feagai sacked.….come on.

Detractors? This is a forum right? Where differing opinions matter? Lawrie is a plodder, who cares if he is a good bloke it means nothing in the NRL. It's ok he still gets his 500k in reserve grade so cheer up, let's see him make over 100m this weekend before riding his nuts

Don't think I even seen a post from you over the weekend so talk about support, your an in an out poster who probably has multiple accounts. Name some names instead of being a flog and not accepting people have different opinions then yourself you tosser

Just one account mate.

You haven't been around that long. Some of us just like reading what our wiser members have to say and don’t post as much. In my view we have a lot more to be positive about this year than in years gone by. If you don’t agree, that’s fine.

By the way, I’ve been called a lot worse than a flog and I’m absolutely certain you have been too.

Settle down boys its only round 2.

I'm hoping the team will improve this year with the new spine, but I must admit our forwards we bashed and beaten by a better mongrel pack of dogs last week.

I hope Lawrie goes well. One thing he is good at is taking the hit up from kick-off. When he has room to wind-up, he can actually hurt people, but apart from that he is usually ineffective compared to other props.

Anyway, expecting a win this weekend so fire up.

Thing with Lawrie and Feagai is they are playing against a bottom 4 team this week. It's alot easier to look good against this type of opposition, I don't understand why Feagai is picked over Finau. I understand Lawrie getting thrown in because of the Couchman injury but if we lose this game we are in massive trouble and any extension to Flanno should be on hold immediately and I'm a massive Flanno supporter but we should win this week and win it well if not our season is looking very grim
Finau or Sloan. If we are going to have one slow winger we need at least one fast winger.

Feagai better have a belter of a game. Not happy with him rewarded for a shocker on Saturday.
We don't need the pick and stick when there are other options and we are losing to boot.

As for the forwards. Still no Sele. Obviously no Molo.
There's nothing too worrying for the opposition. Our forward will just have to outwork them.
I understand why we might sign Klemmer (Woods Mach II) but hard watching AFB, May and even Saifit and RCG run around elsewhere. Still can't land that killer blow in the middles. Think we just need one, but we really do!

Should win this against Bunnies but will still be hard fought. Coach will have to wear the blames if Feagai does a Ravalawa on us again.

Really desperate move signing Klemmer.
Reminiscent of the Griffin era.
The guy is very slow and unwanted at the Wests Tigers ???
Surely professional recruiting staff know younger promising players that have potential.

As bad as it sound he probably is our best front rower in Frist grade. Not including the kids in Cup

How the hell does Feagai get picked after the absolute howler he had last week?
Was it really such a howler? He was peppered with Burton bombs like Glenn Burgess in the '85 GF and belted around the ears in every tackle. He's not my preferred option on the wing either, but how would Sloane/ Finau/Lawson have done in the same circumstances?
