Ideally the MRC will learn from the judiciary ruling tonight when looking at laying charges for the shoulder charge in future.

I agree - however with the current mob running the NRL, I think they'll change the rules further to ensure that ridiculous charges are enforced upon the code making it a complete laughing stock

Does anyone get the impression that the people in charge are deliberately trying to destroy the code from within

After watching a member of the MRP (Michael Buettner) being interviewed, there is massive gap between what they deem to be a shoulder charge and what is in the rules.
