I don't even remember seeing Aitken or McCrone on the field tonight. Was McCrone even played at any point?
Aitken had Dugan on the inside and gave 0 ball to him. When he got the ball he had some strong runs out of our end in a position he's never played in top grade.

McCrone was on the bench in the case of a backline injury or Kurt having an absolute shocker.

He's been strong all season (when he's on the park) and had some good runs tonight. It's also become obvious that he was coached to rush in (which was what everyone was picking on him for).

What people away forget is that he's only 6 months older than Dufty and will continue to develop as a player. Hope he bounces back strongly from the injury.
Felt sick for the poor kid.

Actually I change my initial desire that Aitken is dropped. Drop Dugan, it was him who stifled Aitken for the most part.

FMD some of you people are just wankers
What did you really expect tonight?
We are not in the same ball park as the Broncos in roster or coaching ability
The way some we picking on Mann is woeful
This is his 2nd game at half against a top class outfit in a must win game for gods sake wake up to yourselves
The coach got us into this ridiculous situation and you expect players that have been dicked around all year to get you out of the hole.
Some shameful stuff being written you need to blame the right people and not those that give it 100%
I agree with you. He tried his heart out and wasn't any worse than Mccrone. He did go off the boil in the 2nd half but I think that was due to a drop in confidence after that ball he kicked dead in the first half. The spray he copped from Dugan wouldn't have helped his confidence. A senior player like Dugan should know better than that and should have encouraged him.

Effort was there but against a well coached team you need more than effort. More passing between the forwards would stop the gang tackles which helps slow the play the ball down. Jesus we're suspect on the flanks in defence. Fu#k I hope he doesn't pick McCrone next week

The team tried hard tonight but the Broncos have a much better roster.

I thought Kurt Mann was classy tonight. His defence isn't woeful, only miss was Glenn; got Glenn to ground but Dugan had raced up and the hole was created.

My opinion without Milford the Broncos come back to the field fast. He is the best player in the comp.

Didn't kurt mann pull of a try saver?
On the other hand our self made superstar who thinks he sould be on a million dollars got out played by a guy who is playing in the centers for the 2nd year full time.

Other than the one on one steal, the rep centre and allround elite player Dugan, got schooled by a relative rookie Moga tonight...

I appreciate the passion.
I also agree about Mann, as I said if he had been given the whole year at half then every play may not look like he's playing for his career, which it did tonight, plus he had to step up, because as usual in the clutch Widdop went missing.

However, apart from a few hit and miss players like Milford, I don't think our roster is that far behind the Donkeys. Coaching? Well they are coached by Stephan Hawking, we are coached by Stevie Wonder.

I agree its crazy to bag Mann. Last week everyone was on him now off him? I think though criticism of Dugan is warranted. You need your internationals to perform for their club. They get paid the big bucks. They talk the talk, I expect them to walk the walk.
He makes crucial errors every week. He bombs tries regularly by dropping the ball or by not passing to his outside man when the draw and pass is on.
Can't cop him.

You have to remember Crush, that it was Mann who kicked the ball dead in goal the set before to give the Broncos a 7 tackle set to get down the other end to score the first try. Yes Dugan dropped it, but Kurt piggy backed them down there.

He's better than McCrone, but to tout him as our saviour was wrong. He's got a long way to go if he wants to be first grade half.

Do we know that Dugan did give him a spray

Dugan can walk the walk all the way across the Captian Cook bridge to the Wobegongs, preferably tomorrow morning.

No you made a wank statement you should have the guts to stick with it and not be a piker.
I don't give a shit about what people think about some statement online.

For the record I didn't know he was injured when I posted it. Was talking about the knock-on and didn't even stick around to see the result after that.

Hope he's not hurt for long
