Luch came off with 20 to go and Egan went wide and changed the game.
I thought Luch played well today. Though with Egan in the squad. He can get the rest he needs
Until we can recruit another big prop, I think our best option is to move Leilua to the prop rotation and select EGan at 11.

Then select Tonga at 17. He can play back row and prop. He needs first-grade experience, and his size is just what we need on the bench.

Both this year and last, Melbourne players have an attitude that they just have to turn up against us and it cost them on both occasions. Just watch the half time interviews from both games - arrogance, and no respect for the Dragons team. Given their overall record over us you could almost understand it but it's just a reminder that it is men v men at the end of the day.

We won the mental and physical battle today but no good changing that do-or-die attitude when we take on Eels next week. This needs to be THE START, not stop start like every other year.

The young tyros were absolutely magnificent with Egan superb on debut. He has great footwork and change of direction.

If they’re good enough play them was the big winner today so hopefully no more hesitation in picking the youngsters.

Big Klem didn’t play long but brought steadiness and guidance and will be a good signing.

Well done to the coaching staff and the players and I look forward to seeing many more weeks of it.
The young guys got us home late in the game ........ Great win ........
