I'm sure Penrith can turn it around but I feel like they've lost one to many players. May scrape into the 8 but it's just not the same side.

As much as I hate the salary cap right now (no compensation for developing juniors) I was expecting to have much better depth and ability to cope with injury than this. Souths had no Mitchell, Murray or Graham so injuries no excuse really. Poor attitude of a few of the senior players is letting the team down and the likes of Laurie, Tago, Toelau, Cole and Schneider simply aren't good enough. It pains me watching this rubbish, especially when I watch our teams of 2020-23. The premiership run may end but you don't expect a 4-time premiership team to be suddenly looking like a bottom 8 or bottom 4 team, which could well happen if injuries continue to be unkind.

The right defence has the same issues as i said early last year..

Not numbering up..we were killed for numbers all the first half. Tago at times was marking 3 ppl.

The thing ppl miss is when dyls at the back he can cover things or get the line sorted..

Thats his star quality. When hes not there those 50/50 chamces turn into tries.
