Add Laurie at the back and it’s Comedy Central.

It’s hard to breed such stupidity into players and all three should be dropped.

Not even Ivan can teach players to be as useless, lazy and stupid as that. I’m going to offer Ivan a pardon.

And the late grippy hit on Humphries, I forget the name of the cretin who thought cameras hadn’t been invented yet.

South’s weren’t that good, theres some rubbish narrative about that, so slow the game down and watch your players implode.

That you can drastically improve is a good thing. But Ivan has to swing the axe or do something, anything I guess.

You’re entitled to season off the pace, but it’s a deeply troubled side atm.

I haven’t watched a replay, unlikely I will, couldn’t torture myself by doing so.

The bunnies were up for it, and we gifted them the first half with awful defence, diabolical handling and ill discipline. 28-0 it was game over. As I said previously the unlikely comeback was snuffed out with the Leota no try decision. I think it was probably the correct call, but there plenty including commentators and others in the media who thought it was a shocking decision. But in the end we got what we deserved and there were very few worthy of a pass on that performance.

I watched it killer and the rabbits weren’t that good.

Looking at positioning and spacing and players not getting back.

The comment was made earlier about Dane. The proposition was that his ineptitude cost 3 tries.

Well I make out only 2.

His inability to read attacking play, get into position and then his regrettable execution.

I regard Dylan as a “utility fullback” ie somewhat accomplished in both defence and attack, Laurie can’t tackle with any power front on and his technique from sprinting makes Reggie look like Mike Tyson.

We had the same issue with him at WT, he’s damp squid unless he has everything going for him.

He’s not on holiday, he’s just incompetent.

He just has to be replaced, then we must move on to Tago and that idiot Alamoti.

Alomoti is the worst because he is actually capable just lazy and stupid.

Ivan can be blamed for having too much faith in people. He’s been too generous.

Edwards would have saved the day last night Hindy. He knows what he’s doing ( ie smart) and he’s a very good utility fullback. About the best in the game I suppose.

I guess it’s unsettling and strange discussing the Panthers woes, but here we are!

We don't want to end up like Newcastle who have collected halves for 3 or 4 years now.
They had Crossland (now a hooker), Hastings, Gamble, then just had to have Cogger because he was at Penrith, Will Pryce from England and now Fletcher Sharpe. By the way, they are still on the books and 9 out of 10 plays they pass it to Ponga anyway.

I've said it before, we don't collect "shiny toys", we get a half decent player who fits the salary cap, try and make it work within our system, and then they usually get poached by other clubs who are struggling. All because they were at Penrith.

Exactly. You can't park gun halves in cup or they get picked straight up like Katoa did.
The only way to have to rep level halves like we did with Nath and Luai is to get lucky and have them come through together.

I hope you mean by Melbourne playing silly buggers you are meaning the salary cap and how they are still under it.

Win comps, minor premierships and provide half the Qld team and Kiwi side, yet the only players they've lost got superannuation contracts from the Dolphins.
