I won't be watching the post natch interview. Previously I watched them with interest, regardless of the result.

Today I don't want to hear that we won't see that again from the dragons, it is going to be a tough week at training, this isn't dragons footy, etc.

The axe has to swing and standards set. If it means bringing in young blokes that play smart footy, are keen and fit...bring it on.

We have some dumb and unfit players that can always be counted on to either go sneakily missing in action or undo good work by doing silly things that turn phases of the match against us.

Regardless, these players pop up week after week. No, don't want to hear from the coach until selection time.

Normally I am are pretty forgiving and an easy to please soul but it peeves me off when big money is being paid to some of these blokes and a couple seem to be ticking the boxes at training and then ticking the menu at the local burger joint soon after.

Gutho is a legend though.

Lomax >>> Val.
Val drops the ball close to the line. He’s just there to get a paycheck. Lomax actually tries his heart out to win. Sloan is like a work experience kid. We have the 2 worst halves in the game. Dragons are the softest team in the league. f**k these merkins.they make me miserable

Just heard the Presser don't think any players will be dropped the 6 and 7 will stay ....... He said something like it's no good changing the spine at this stage ...... Flanno was happy with the effort ...... So same crap again next week ........ Round 6 coming up and we have won 1 game ........ It's looking worst than last year ........

I was at the game and thought it was just a well fought, entertaining game of football.
Neither team went away, both teams played their guts out.
Dragons missed their chances, this illustrates how far off the top teams we are.
Gutho made overlaps all day for the backs but they couldn’t ice the tries.
Wrong result but a good game of footy.

1 win out 4 games. With the roster and coach we have I never dreamed we would be in this position. It is so disappointing that we hold these good leads and still manage to lose. I’m losing confidence in making the 8 and hoping we don’t finish in the bottom 4. The 2025 season is shaping up to be a tough time for us rusted on Dragons supporters. 😥

Can someone tell me why Lomax was crying in the post match on ground interview? Was he rubbing it in, sad for the dragons or what?
I'm sure a lot of you guys were happy for him or felt for him.....not!
If he played played for Saints, they win that game.
Honestly, me having a soft spot for Saints, I was peeved off.
I think a combination of; relief at finally winning after a poor start and feeling for his dragons mates like Blocka who came up to him at the end

Missed that bit sorry as I tuned out real quick.
Saints are my second team and even I felt angry as.
You needed Lomax today. You would've won with him. Imagine him and Holmes running amok.

Sorry if this has been said but I'm thinking Flannigan at ½ and Holmes at ⅝ maybe worth a try simply to play high completion. Holmes could play a more roaming role.
