its amazing what a forward like paulo can do when you arent losing the possession battle.

i though jnrs line speed and contact were great today which really helped us get our share of the footy.

A couple of times he was a bit behind the play and merkins ran at his gap, which he closed very quickly and violently.

No worse then Kelma or KKs. Both good for a letting in a clean line break a game and two dropped balls.
People rave when they break the line or a good offload. 1 step forward and two step back type of players.
Pick your best defenders and then build from that. Trying to play razzle dazzle with low skill players is fools gold. They can't catch and pass and lack the speed and agility to do this.
This side I dont mind for the weekend.

Our backs are as what many picked for rnd 1.
Pezet / Volkman is debatable who offers this side more.
Kelma and KK out is a possitive. Untill they can fix their errors and lazy defense. To often Kelma doesn't even turn and chase. Stands their like a statue.

Id rather we start De Bellin at lock over Walker. For his defense. Its mind boggling why Ryles thinks Walker starting is better.

Our biggest losses are Tuivati, Hopgood and Ionghi. The rest are NSW cup players being replaced with whats debateable better or worse Nsw cup players. SO no excuses this weekend. We should be competing
