Matalele might hit a purple patch and suprise us all. He always had promise
I hope he, saxon and Teancum all kill it
God knows we need it

I never said he was an elite player, but the minutes he's been on the field this year with tuivati have been the only times when we haven't been cut to ribbons up the middle.
He's 25 with 50 games exp, maybe it's just his time. A late bloomer
Yes he was playing great. He has played at this level before though for 2-3 games. Then either breaks down or follows them up with a few horror games. I am just saying I wasn't sold 100% untill he was able to do it for a full season. Mostly due to his history which has repeated again.
You do that Sash
Yes. He was killing it.And one of our best. But he is still a NSW cup player and probably in a purple patch. 4 good games is nothing. Shaun Lane did it for almost 2 full season. If Doorey maintained that level for a full season id be stoked but he hasn't yet and has shown promise before then turned to shit. What makes you think it wouldnt happen again? Plus it's easy to stand out when the rest of the forwards are playing soft.

I like the look of that side.
I reckon he does - because you can see the reflection of what's on his screen in the framed poster behind him, and it's exactly the same as our view... of the cum.Does he realise everyone can only see "The Cum"
f**king Penaut
Haha, what a sook. No one will miss you at Commbank.
It probably matches what your super coach side looks likeI like the look of that side.
Going to be pretty embarrassing when we celebrate our 40 year drought in front of 20,000 dogs supportersHike up in price by the looks for this match
He wouldnt want to see the reserved seating prices
Dogs will dwarf us in attendance, worse than last year I reckon
It really was no fun being amongst that, despite Parra doing well that game and still in it with abouts 5min to go...
Trying to get as much gate receipt as we can as they know it attendance will drop significantly.Hike up in price by the looks for this match

You get the impression the Eels and Dogs teams of the 80s hated each other, whereas now they're all mates. They might as well walk out onto the field holding hands with children.LOL
Majority of the side don’t give a shit about 1986 or the rivalry or the badge. It is being drummed into them artificially..
Back in the 80s there was not only genuine rivalry , but loyalty and passion . Traits long gone in today’s game
Today is a business , we need to get players fitter, stronger, better mentally prepared..Telling players to fire up , show something, on a lame podcast is nothing but laughable
Whatever seats aren't bought by Parra fans will be snapped up by the Doggies. The money's all the same to the club.Knowing Parra fans….plenty….this why I believe management we’re content with the circumstances , because there is absolutely no pushback, Parra fans never vote with their feet
Is that NRL Fantasy? I tried it years ago and hate it. Recently I hate tipping as well. Punting is the only fun NRL stats type thing. It probably matches what your super coach side looks like

Good thing we have been winning latelyAt the Eels forum in Feb this year, one of my questions which got read out to the panel, was that I was embarrassed to be at our home ground in rd 3, where dogs fans over took the eels fans. Is there ways and means to assure this doesnt happen (along those lines)
Jim took the question. Said multiple times that he remembers that game , and just said that we were coming off 2 poor losses and Dogs were on fire , and that there wasnt more dogs fans there, Just that they were loud..
At this point Ryles jumped in and said we just need to win (in context to make sure we have more Parra fans at home games)
I cant remember the last time i missed this fixture, but I wont be going on Sunday.
May not get the win but I trust we will put in a good effort, and want us to compete well, that's the hope
