It is the smart move for mine. Miller has to know it is time to own the position or get ready for Brooks to take over. Also gives Brooks a good test against a sizeable Bears outfit close to NRL size without the pressure of being thrown straight into the NRL

Thinking about it I would not be suprised to see Miller play Friday V Bulldogs and Wednesday V Illawarra Cutter and Brooks to play Sunday V Bears and Friday V Sharks

I really like the idea of putting Thomson in the centres. Our defence on the edges has been abysmal as of late (Reddy has been good however) so having thomson there will tighten it up.

Only thing I'm worried about is if they put up a bomb in that left corner and Teddy isn't there to cover them. I don't see Thomson or Utai being able to jump and catch but at least we have some good mongrel on that edge!

How's Rory Brien been going in the centres in NSW Cup? Thought he might have been a shot at a call up given the injurys.

Totally agree MU,Simona went well last year when given a go,then for some unknown reason was never sited again whilst others were f@*king ordinary and kept their positions.
