Are there any games in the USARL that have playoff implications this week? If Philly and DC rest players and lose will it matter to them?

Only implication is home field advantage for winner of Boston v. RI.

No, Philly will play DC next week no matter what happens.

No Fight will play number 2 team in Northeast conference, either RI or Boston in Phila on Aug 2.

DC will play either Boston or RI in Boston or RI on Aug 2.

According to the official USARL schedule/site -

Game 1: North East Seed 1 (home) vs. North East Seed 2 (Meaning Boston v. RI)
Game 2: North Atlantic Seed 1 (home) vs. North Atlantic Seed 2 (Meaning Philly v. DC)
Game 3: South Seed 1 (home) vs. South Seed 4 (Meaning Jacksonville v. Mayhem)
Game 4: South Seed 2 (home) vs. South Seed 3 (Meaning Warriors v. Rhinos)

Aren't the conferences setup like? -

North East - Boston, Rhode Island, Brooklyn
North Atlantic - Philly, DC, NOVA, Balitmore
South - Jacksonville, Tampa, Central Florida, Atlanta

I was also under this impression; as the information displayed upon the www.USARL.com website.

Nonetheless, I do have to say, it would seem more sound, logically, if the Conference Playoffs were structured under the overarching North Conference -&- South Conference formats. By means of this, North East & North Atlantic are "divisions" that both fall under the North Conference; and would manifest both by: (1) the inter-divisional games [that have already been played in the Minor Premiership] and by (2) the cross-divisional Conference Playoffs. So:

Game 1: North East Seed 1 (home) vs. North Atlantic Seed 2 (away)
Game 2: North Atlantic Seed 1 (home) vs. North East Seed 2 (away)

Therefore, the two (2) USARL Conferences would be:
North: Baltimore Blues, Boston 13s RLFC, Brooklyn Kings, Philadelphia Fight, Northern Virginia Eagles, Rhode Island Rebellion, D.C. Slayers
South: Atlanta Rhinos, Central Florida Warriors, Jacksonville Axemen, Tampa Mayhem

And, finally, hence why only four (4) teams from both Conferences advance through to the Conference Playoffs.

The website cant be right if Fight is playing a North East team but it makes better sense that seed 1 from one plays seed 2 from the other so the 2 best sides in the North get a shot to go through.

Does also make sense this way ... especially regarding fiscal responsibility toward all USARL Clubs' operational budgets. So, if I'm not mistaken, Conference Playoffs (being NE/NE & NA/NA) don't put undue strain on clubs to travel further distances.

What determines home advantage in the Conference Championship games? Is it seeding from the regular season?

Mik, you are correct about the travel aspect. Seeding done from regular season standings.
