Cobbo's not fully fit. He was exhausted playing wing sometimes when teams kicked to him a lot. It's a big chink in their armour to have him at FB. Whether the team can actually hold the ball long enough to exploit that is a different matter.

I think we just get through origin period and then make some decisions about the future. We are lacking combinations and trust among many other things, lets try and build some of that. We need to figure out left edge, love sorro but by next season he cant be the starter surely. Garner or Paps could be, but we need to start getting some experience into the young guy who could step into the role eventually, flegg are going well and we have some promising edges in that side, but if we dont have it in the club we need to buy someone as a prospect. Casey having some struggles but realistically he and alamoti our are best centres by next season, need to move on from tago if he cant figure it out right now. He actually defended well from memory against manly but i wasnt happy most of the game.

The other positions are hooker and FB, obviously we have our starters but we need to pick the the next guy up and start developong them seriously in that role. At FB we hqave two aus schoolboys at the club currently, edgar and attard, edgar has already looked good in cup, id say we have18 months to anoint one of them the heir before they start considering options if they both develop. At hooker i dunno, sommerton goes ok, hopefully scott is better, who ever it is they need more then a game or two a season so we have a genuine back up not a makeshift one.

I think we definitely need to simplify the gameplan though, this team cant pull off the attacking structures they are trying to run consistently, thats why everything is looking so slow and clunky most of the time.

After errors/discipline I have attack next in line.

Usually Penrith click into gear after their first try. We have been like this for a long time actually. First points then we reset and have a huge set and kick chase and the machine starts working. Gives us a breather too which assists with fatigue.

I'd love to see us get first points. 8 games this year and we have conceded the first try in 7/8 matches.

I dont think its that, its mental along with other things like player turnover, the team has not been the same two weeks in row etc, but mostly mental fatigue then a huge drop in confidence once the losing started.
Its 100% that with every forward not named Yeo (Papali'i has shown a little).

They have been f**king embarrassing, To'o being out has really shown how pissweak they are.

if we have good discipline - it could be game of the round

if our poor discipline continues - Bronco's score 50

giving how topsy turvy results have been this season - Broncos could lose to Penrith after scoring 40 against canterbury... but i just dont see it happening.

Broncos fans are really going to enjoy this one or be the laughinstock of magic round - we copped alot of hate last year when the Wahs beat us - i expect the same this weekend.
