Its 100% that with every forward not named Yeo (Papali'i has shown a little).

They have been f**king embarrassing, To'o being out has really shown how pissweak they are.

Nah you're confusing form and heart. You can be giving it everything and still playing shit. Yeo is way down of form also, missed 20 tackles all year last year hes missed 12 already this year. Metres down to.

Except for 2 games, everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong. It may not change till we have our best team on the paddock, not best available. Three Grand Finalists out this week. Still optimistic.

His former is rock solid, trouble is he's our only first grade level forward at this point

I dont think its that, its mental along with other things like player turnover, the team has not been the same two weeks in row etc, but mostly mental fatigue then a huge drop in confidence once the losing started.
Being up for such a long time definitely takes its toll mentally. I do think that is part of it but also fitness and carefactor by the looks of it. After being towelled up by Manly the guys were in the sheds seemingly not giving a shit.

Yep, ripping out our heart from the pack in Fish didn’t help. He held them to account. He fired them up, he added steel and fear. This year our pack are a bunch of pussies. I watched the Manly game again last night and I will also give Smith a pass mark.

Well either way none of our senior guys are playing to their potential, and we seem to be suffering from a lack of leadership atm which is hard to fathom given the leaders we have, it would be nice to see a couple of them stand up and demand some discipline on the field and then lead the way.

Definitely would be nice mate. Let’s see some fire and passion from them today instead of this just going through the motions and complacency rubbish.

I honestly feel like we are desperate enough to need a Griffin pre match talk - run hard and tackle hard.

He’s not playing to either potential or paycheck this year. None of the big names are providing value.
I think that’s probably a little on the harsh side. Could he be playing better - sure. But I think that is conditional upon others in the pack pulling their weight. Honestly his form reminds me of Cam Murray during Souths dog days in 2023. Busting his hump but no one else contributing enough.

I don’t mind this. He’s been our best prop alongside probably Smith but our biggest problem is edge defence so why not try the guy that was a top 3 edge a few years ago? Papali’i/Garner either side of Talagi could be really good for our defence and some actual powerful running out there could be good for our attack.

Cleary has a funny knack for injuries and suspensions forcing the right decision on player roles and this could well be one of them.

Ivan said he will be back in a week or two yesterday.

He’s had two head knocks now this year plus form up and down. Don’t Mind him in cup for a couple weeks.
He's made a heap of mistakes but they aren't the same one over and over. He's also saved tries that no one else in our side has the pace to stop, I read this week that he's recorded the highest top speed for a winger in the NRL in 2025. We have lacked speed since Jennings and early career Gordon really.
