Round one verse.....

Seriously we have an awesome draw.

couple of toughies to start, but it includes Brisbane in brisbane and the knights in round 3, with Johns still no doubt a little rusty coming back from injury and a light off season.

We get a good run of comfotable games after that. We get brisbane and the roosters during the state of origin period, and our byes are nicely spread in about round 10 and 21 or something.

the only tricky thing will be facing the two grandfinalists from last year in the two rounds leading into the finals.

The only negative is this will be the second year in a row we dont get to play the dogs at home....

Perhaps the store owners in Church Street have some connections at the NRL.......

Cheatabury are going down. No better way of starting the season than hammering the scummers.

yeah just the way you did last season

This is the first Season since 2001 that Cheaterbury are gonna be a legitimate team....last years team was only together cause everyone took paycuts to survive...this year we will finally see a legitimate cheaterbury team on the park...lets see how they do :?:

Round 1 sees a clash of two teams headed in opposite directions. Parra headed back up and the cheating dogs heading down. It will also set the tone for the rest of the season with Eels fans getting used to winning again and dogs fans seeing plenty of losses.

Ummm.I know this might sound a touch ignorant. But why no Hindmarsh?

I'm fairly sure that NRL sanctioned trial games are all counted as games served so unless he copped a 4 week suspension he should be right for the start of the season.

I disagree. The team was still formed with no regard for the salary cap, so players like O'Merley, Sherwin, Anasta & co should never have come to the club to begin with!

But hey we are over that and just looking forward to seeing them slide to their second wooden spoon in three years!

Not true, he will have to serve his suspension in round 1, O'Meley had the same problem last year.
