Royal Rumble

Not going to do up the ol' fancy cards no more.

John Cena vs. Randy Orton

Big Show vs. Brock Lesnar

Daniel Bryan vs. Bray Wyatt

Potential Divas Match

Then the Rumble itself.

Ordinary card but the Rumble itself is usually the highlight. This match has potential to go either way - if Bryan wins then it'll be hailed as one of the best of all time, whether it's quality match or not doesn't matter. However if Batista wins, expect a massive IWC meltdown. Hell, I'd join in too because Batista as a face is boring and completely ignores his better traits.

The rest of the card appears to be filler. Orton, Lesnar, Bryan & AJ should all win although I wouldn't be surprised if they switched the championship to Cena so that Bryan can go over him again on a bigger show. I don't think the match would be as good but given the choice between him & Orton it's a much more appetising match.

Guess the question is, what sort of surprises do you expect in the Rumble? Bourne, Christian & Sheamus have been due back for some time so they'd be expected. Jake Roberts has been touting for months that he'll return at the Rumble and I'm sure there will be others too.

None of that matters though, hopefully Harper discuss clothesline everybody and takes the WWE Universe by the balls.

I think Sheamus at #30 will be a surprise, however he won't win as he won it a couple of years ago. I think Batista will win for some reason. This promises to be the most boring RR ever... such a shame for what was my favorite PPV (I don't have a favorite now, they're all shit)!

It's either Tista or Bryan.

Let's not forget you thought Cena was taking on Orton again at Mania.

I'm still calling Bryan, with Lesnar taking the title at Elimination Chamber and them facing off at WM.

Could still happen... :sarcasm:

Who knows, we might have Cena vs Rock, thrice in a lifetime!
The Rock's done mate. He might still come back to WWE from time to time but he's done wrestling. He came close to officially announcing his retirement last year when he required surgery after Mania. I think he'll be one of those wrestlers who never quite retires, like Hogan & Flair.

Bryan wins rumble, cena beats Orton. Lesnar still number one contender, so triple threat Lesnar Orton Cena. Orton gets Batista's help, Batista and Orton lay out Lesnar mid match. Cena capitalizes on Orton being distracted and picks up the win. Bryan goes through the chamber match as the last step set up by the authority towards mania.

Leads to Lesnar v Batista
Cena v Bryan

Orton can verse Kofi or something, who cares.

EC can be these 6 - Orton v Cena v Batista v Lesnar v Bryan v Wyatt/Punk.

Word is that they might have Ryback v Lesnar at WM so I'm counting Lesnar out of the title hunt.

this has been one of the worst build ups to a royal rumble for a while but I think it'll still be above par for a WWE PPV.

I havent watched wrestlng in ages, but i think that the main heel (of the moment) should win it from position 29, only to have number 30 play and the ultimate Warrior to run down, clothesline him over the top rope and run back to the dressing room, not to be seen again (no showing the hall of fame ceremony), until the Main Heel scores a stunning upset in the Wrestlemania main event, only to again have the ultimate Warrior's music hit With a couple of clotheslines, splashes, Gorilla Press Slam to crown the New world champion (as the royal rumble winner was guaranteed a title shot at Wrestlemania).

I think this confirms that Bryan will be in the rumble

"As of now, I'm not in the 30-man Royal Rumble match, I'm trying to get involved in it. (WWE) COO Triple H doesn't want me anywhere in the Royal Rumble match," explained Bryan.
