Does anybody know if we have re-signed him for the coaching staff or when his contract is up? I feel we need to tie him up as our defence seems very well organsised and drilled. He has also helped in recruiting some of these ex panthers

not in lang's first year........

That team always had talent. They lost numerous games by incredibly small margins. I believe they had a victory against the eventual premiers snatched from them in the dying seconds. They also put on a 60 point scoreline.

royce is a huge part of our team and deserves praise.
i can't see this partnership ending any time soon, unless another club wants his services as head coach like souths or the warriors.

i don't think we have to worry about souths getting him though, they only take the fish wests tigers rejects.

50-4 Now that's what you call a convincing score line. Although I think someone should be dropped from the team for conceding the 4 point's. LOL

Royce plays a great role in this club in that plays an intermediary role between Sheens and the players. However, he isnt a head coaches arsehole, as was found out at Penrith

royce and sheens work well together--I think the players probably have a bit more fun with royce than tim!!--when he was at penrith,he didnt have much luck--injury after injury and lost a heap of close games--they wre a great attacking outfit-but lost their way in defence---but one thing--players all seem to rate him

Unbelievably, Finch is the sixth-choice halfback behind Andrew Johns, Craig Gower, Kimmorley, Barrett and Orford.

The Blues left for Brisbane yesterday.- Daily Telegraph.

Keep's going like this Kerr maybe the next SOO halfback.

Royce was on 2UE a couple of Saturdays ago. He was asked if he would throw his hat in the ring for the Souths job next year. He said he would be interested if he were allowed to implement certain structures & procdures (or words to that effect). In other words he is willing to talk to Souths.

I think he is capable of success as a Head Coach. We are blessed to have him as an assistant to Sheens. He is too good to remain an assistant & will be snapped up by someone sooner or later.

At Penrith he had a shocking run with injuries. Hope we can keep him a while longer but good luck to him if we cant.

Yeah I'd say to Roycie of he got offered a gig elsewhere , take it, he'd be nuts not too. I know what he's doing here is great but coaching is what he wants to be doing.
